Saturday Banquet
Strict 100 Person Limit
We will take money up during check in on Wednesday. This gives us an estimated count to give to the Penitentiary. Saturday Banquet will be at the Brushy Mountain State Penitentiary at 6:30 PM. If you have food allergies please make contact with us before June so we can work out an option. Menu is a sampler platter of smoked turkey, pulled pork and ribs over corn cakes. Sides include green beans and potato salad with a cookie and non-alcoholic drink. Hard alcohol will be available for purchase by the bottle in gift shop and beer by the bottle in the restaurant.
